Tiger Woods Golf Swing

Tiger Woods golf swing is one that creates a lot of power and sometimes gets him into trouble. Without a doubt…being the number one golfer in the world, his Tigers golf swing is pretty good wouldn’t you say?

What is the KEY to achieving a similar swing to Tigers?

There is a couple of things right off the top that any golfer no matter age or ability can accomplish given a little bit of “off the course” training on your body!

Rotate with your body.

Tiger does this with the strength of his core. By developing a stronger core from a rotational standpoint, you will add many yards to your drives. A term for this is “staying-connected” throughout the golf swing.

Tiger always fights his lower body getting way ahead of his upper body during the downswing (getting “stuck”), so he tries to keep his arms and club in front of his chest for as long as he can. This

promotes a better sequence for the downswing, which puts him at impact in a very powerful position.

There are many drills you can do to achieve this body rotation. Sticking a towel under both armpits while you swing a wedge is one way. If the towel drops, your arms have become disconnected from your body.

Swing through to a full finish.

You’ll notice on most of Tigers shots he is fully rotated in the finish position. Only when he is hitting a punch or knock-down shot does he not have a full finish. This is an indicator Tiger is swinging through the ball, not just hitting at it.

When you focus on swinging through the ball, you’ll find your distance will increase, as well as your fairways hit off the tee. For most of us amateurs, the “hit” instinct is something we fight all the time.

It’s so easy to say we all can’t have Tiger Woods golf swing and that is partly true. But applying the above two movements to your swing will do wonders.

The only thing left is working on your body “off the course”.

Golf is no longer viewed as just a leisure game. It is an athletic movement that demands a higher level of conditioning specific to golf if you want to play your best!

So don’t try to copy it, but think about the common parts you can do…and you’ll at least look like you have Tiger Woods golf swing!

student loan debt consolidation?

The way that my debts have built up since college, it seems like I have been paying for the fun that I had. I remember how carefree life was. I had a student loan to cover most of my expenses, and a little bit of help from my parents on the side. Life was good until I was through with school. Like many members of my generation, I was unlucky. I graduated just as the dotcom bubble burst. I was highly skilled and constantly underemployed. My student debt grew and grew.

I signed up for a student loan debt consolidation, but it did knew very little good. Student loan

consolidation rates were too high for me to afford with my current income. There was just nothing that I could do. Finally, something came through for me. I had a friend in the high-tech industry who hooked me up with a job. It was luck, and nothing else. I had the right connections. Suddenly, I could pay for my student loan debt consolidation.

I can't tell you what a relief that was. I came out of college idealistic and eager to tackle the world, but the world was not ready for me. As soon as I entered the workforce, I was completely broke. My education did nothing for me except to make it hard for me to get low end jobs. The high end jobs were not hiring. My student loan debt consolidation had spiraled out of control. I had no money. It's tough to be hopeless at the age of 25. Getting the new job, along with the student loan debt consolidation, saved my optimism. It's strange to think how often it just simply comes down to money. Now that I have enough of it, I am fairly happy.

If you are facing high student loan payments, I don't have to tell you that things can be pretty bleak. A lot of the time, the student loan debt consolidation just doesn't go far enough. If you went to community college or a state school, things might be fine. If, however, you used your student loans to go to an expensive private school, you might be out of luck. Even with student loan debt consolidation, sometimes the payments are too high. If you cannot get a good job, you might be faced with thousands of dollars of debt perpetually hanging over your head. It can get pretty grim.

How Much Debt Is Acceptable?

Almost all of us have debt of one sort or another today and borrowing money to support our lifestyle has become a normal way of life. But how do you decide just how much debt is acceptable and whether or not you have reached the limit as far as your borrowing is concerned? This is not an easy question to answer and will vary from one individual to the next. However, there are some basic guidelines which you can follow.

Credit card companies and other lenders know only too well from their extensive lending history just when it is safe to lend money and when it is not and they have a very strict set of rules which they have devised and refined over the years. It is not a bad thing therefore when looking at your own debt to try to think a little bit like a credit card company or other lender.

A good place to start is by looking at your own credit history and the amount of money you have borrowed over recent years and the ease with which you have coped with that debt. If you have had no problems meeting your repayments on time and have not had to penny pinch in order to support this level of debt then you might well feel that you could take on additional debt. However, if you have struggled to keep on top of your debt and have run into problems making repayments, perhaps making some payments late or having to re-schedule some of your credit agreements, then the chances are that you have already taken on more debt than you can handle and should be looking to

reduce your debt rather than to increase it.

As well as looking backwards however you also need to look forward because circumstances will change in all our lives and even if you could not afford to borrow money last year that does not mean that you cannot afford to borrow this year. However, your forward predications need to be based on more than just wishful thinking.

For example, expecting a promotion or a pay rise is not the same thing as knowing that you are getting a promotion or pay rise because you have received written notice of your good fortune. Similarly, money expected from the sale of stock which you are currently holding in six months time cannot be relied upon until the sale is actually made.

One very important and often difficult aspect to borrowing is trying to predict just what is going to happen to interest rates in the future. A 3 year variable rate loan today at 5% might look great but could prove to be disastrous if in 12 months time interest rates have doubled to 10%. And if you think that this would never happen then just take a look at history and the millions of people who have been caught out by just this situation in the past.

When it comes to figuring interest rates into the equation there must inevitably be some guesswork but look to the professionals and see what they feel about the market. Look for example at things like the bonds and futures markets. If you see that 5% bond option prices are falling then the professionals are signaling that they believe that interest rates are on the way up.

At the end of the day only you can decide whether or not you can afford to take on more debt, have it about right now or should be looking to reduce your level of debt, but putting yourself in the position of a lender when assessing your current position is often a good way to make that determination. In simple terms ask yourself whether, if you were a lender, you would loan yourself $15,000 at 6% over the next 3 years.

Remember too that it is very easy to get yourself into too much debt but far harder to get yourself out of debt. A growing number of people today are finding themselves in the position of having to ask for debt assistance and you do not want to find yourself in that position.

Car Window?

Car Window

If there is one thing that drives me nuts is when I can’t see through my car window. My husband smokes, so there is always some sort of gook on the window, and because he always has the car, it

builds up by the time I get to it. It is almost impossible to get the windows clean like I want them, and there is never enough time to get them cleaned anyway. If I go on a trip with my car, I have to set aside an entire afternoon just to clean the car.

On my last car trip, the car window in the back had a haze on it, and I didn’t know it until I was in a strange city in the middle of the night. Not only did I not know where I was going, I couldn’t see out the back. The little bit of gunk on the car window diffused the light to the point where I couldn’t see. The side windows were a little better, but the front window was the worst. The headlights seemed twice as bright and I ended having to pull over and wash the windows. It took me an hour.

If you are going away, don’t skip cleaning your windows. I tend to make that mistake when going on shorter trips. Perhaps it’s just me, but smudges on a car window in my car are enough to drive me mad. I can’t even stand rain on the windshield. I have a friend who will drive for ten minutes after it starts raining before she starts her wiper blades, and even then, there are so many dead bugs on her car window that it just makes a mess and I can’t see. I don’t know how she drives like that.

Perhaps I am just a freak, but this is how I go. I might be more scared of driving than I think I am, and that might be why I can so weird about having a clean car window no matter which direction I have to look. I’m not so picky about my home windows, and there are times when I laugh when I see how dirty they have gotten. I chalk it up to one of those weird things about me that my husband just has to live with. I guess there could be worse things that wanting to have a clean car window.

Things To Know Before You Buy A Car?

Sooner or later most people buy a new car. It doesn't matter if it's your third new car or your first, it almost always happens sometime.

There is an art to buying a new car and if you know it, you're better prepared when that day arrives.

Every car buyer knows that there are tricks to getting a car at a reasonable price. Dealerships and private sellers rarely mark the car at it's actual worth.

Instead, they mark the price up a little so that they make a good profit for themselves. Another reason is that this lets them give their salespeople better commissions, and this makes them work harder to sell the car to you.

Whatever the reason, almost all dealerships can be talked down on their initial prices, if you know how to haggle properly. When you buy a car, keep this in mind all the time.

The savvy buyer will know that they can talk the dealership's prices down a little bit, if he/she knows

the dealer's lingo and tricks beforehand and shows that he/she are prepared to deal with them.

Salesmen are there to try and hustle a good price for the company, while you are trying to hustle a good price for yourself.

If you have ever wanted to get your money's worth out of buying a car, then this will be your comprehensive guide to getting through all of the bull and getting a car at a good price.

Most of the time, it isn't even just the deal of buying a car that is the problem. Dealers and salesmen have a way of getting extra money out of you for the "extras".

Many people don't even realize that they purchased the extras until the deal has been closed. And then it's too late.

Salesmen speak their own language, and to know when you are being sold on something that you don't want, you need to know how to speak the same language as the salesmen do. Once you do, you will never again be oversold when you buy a car.

Buying a car doesn't have to be scary and it doesn't have to be the worst experience of your life. Many people are worried when they buy a car because they know that they are likely going to get ripped off.
